Registration Instructions:

  • Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.

  • Registration will close on 19th March 2010.

  • All forms in the registration form must be completed – incomplete forms will not be processed.

  • All teams are to submit Indemnity Forms for ALL members, regardless of age. Participants below the age of 21 are to fill in the right segment of the Indemnity Forms.

    Online Registration:

    1. Download the registration form here.

    2. Fill in all forms in the Team Registration Sheet

    3. Email a copy of the Team Registration Sheet to beachfiesta@fassclub.org. In the email, state clearly your team name and event that you are signing up for.

    4. Transfer the registration fee of SGD12 per participant to DBS SAVINGS PLUS ACC 020-8-078011 via Internet Banking (ATM transfer not allowed). When adding the payee, put your team name under “My Initials” to allow us to better identify you.

    5. After transferring the payment, send an email and SMS to 9090 3642 in the following format:

     [Event] [Team Name] [Amount transferred]

    6. You will receive a confirmation email at the end of the day or the following day.

    7. Submit the signed Indemnity Forms for ALL members, either at our registration booths or on the actual day of the event.

    Manual Registration:

    1. The registration booth’s operating hours are as follows:  

  • 6th Mar 2010 @ Raffles City Starbucks, 11am – 5pm  
  • 8th – 12th Mar 2010 @ NUS AS1 Walkway, 10am – 4pm  
  • 13th Mar 2010 @ Raffles City Starbucks, 11am – 5pm  
  • 15th – 19th Mar 2010 @ NUS AS1 Walkway, 10am – 4pm

    2. Either download the registration form here or obtain a copy from our friendly organisers at the booth.

    3. Fill in all forms in the Team Registration Sheet and the individual Indemnity Forms for ALL members.

    4. Submit the Team Registration Sheet together with the signed Indemnity Forms to the friendly personnel at the booth.

    5. Submit payment.

    6. You will receive a receipt confirming your payment, and thus, registration.
