What sports can I play?
In addition to Volleyball, Soccer, Touch Rugby, Ultimate Frisbee & Captain�s Ball, we present to you two all-new and increasingly-popular sports!! Dodgeball & Tchoukball!! More information can be found on our Games Info page.
Is the event limited only to NUS students?
No. Life�s a Beach! is open to the public. We welcome people from all walks of life!
Can I sign up alone? / My team does not have enough players. Can we merge with other such teams?
No. Even though we would really really want to, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate such requests. Please do quickly ask your friends to join your team!
My team does not have any reserve players. Can we still join?
Definitely!! Please ensure that all your players do turn up on the actual day though.
Can I sign up for more than one game?
Definitely!! However, please ensure that we will not be responsible for clashes in your games schedule.
When does registration close?
Registration will close on 19th March 2010. Please note that however registration is on a first come first serve basis, so hurry sign up now before the games are full!
I have submitted my registration form. Can I pay on the actual day?
No. Registration is only complete upon receipt of payment.
I have submitted my registration form. Can I pay on a later date?
Yes you may. Please note that registration is on a first come first serve basis � your place is not confirmed until payment. Do note that registration will close 19th March 2010.
I do not have internet banking. Can I pay via ATM funds transfer?
No. Payment is strictly via iBanking or in person. For more information, please refer to our Sign Up! page.
What happens if my team gets eliminated in the preliminary rounds?
No worries! There are many more interesting activities lined up for you for the rest of the day, absolutely FOC! Some of these include a carnival and a party, but we are not going to tell you everything, come see for yourself!
Can I bring friends and supporters?
Definitely!! Do bring as many friends along! They will not be left out!! Side events and stage performances (think: hot hunks and beach babes) will be absolutely FOC and opened to public!!
